A new twist on foot to board connection designed by Lou Wainman and NSI. 1"wide rubber heel strap that mounts on top of any footstrap. The Hoops are used to hold the foot in the strap, or left out of the way, on top of the strap, for off the board moves. The Hula Hoops have a strong mounting pad built into the rubber where they attach with the strap.
