RETURN POLICY:

Return the unused product within 14 days of purchase. No cash/credit card refunds will be issued. Store credit will be issued to all customers.

 

All sales on Closeout Items are Final.

 

All sales of DVD’s/Videos and swim trunks are Final. 

 

In some cases, a 10% restocking fee may apply. The original shipping fees will not be refunded. 

 

Except for shipping, there is no charge to exchange a product (For different size, or a different product) within 14 days. The customer is responsible for all additional shipping charges. 

 

The original invoice must be provided and ALL tags (Kitesurfari and the manufacturer’s) must accompany all returns; all returns must be in “brand new” condition or it will be returned at the customer’s expense.

 

1. You must get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from a KSI employee prior to returning a product (call or e-mail us): no exchange or credit will be issued without an RMA number.

 

2. Ship your item securely packaged directly to Kitesurfari.  Packages MUST be prepaid - sorry we do not accept COD’s.
